Custom Manufacturing

At ABS, we manufacture our own buildings in a newly constructed facility in Louisiana, providing maximum quality control and customizability from the engineering process to fabrication to delivery.

 

ABS in-house manufacturing capabilities allow us to accommodate almost any request for building customization. Our engineers will work with you to design a building that meets all of your needs and rating requirements, including:

 

  • ABS, USCG, DNV, NORSOK ratings
  • extreme temperatures and harsh environments
  • custom paint colors and logo application for brand consistency
  • unique sizes and uses

Speed of Turnaround

With 40,000 square feet of manufacturing space plus 5,000 square feet of climate-controlled sandblasting and a 5,000-square-foot, climate-controlled painting area, our facility allows for continuous, year-round operation. We also have the manpower for 24/7/365 manufacturing performance. Current workload between ABS and its sister company Oilfield Instrumentation USA employs approximately 80 people at this facility. Our goal is to provide best-in-class buildings with the quickest turnaround times in the industry. We usually exceed customer expectations.
